Now in its second year, QuantRisk Recruiting is led by Brent Kimbrough, Managing Director of the QuantRisk Recruiting team. Brent is a seasoned executive search professional with over nine years of recruiting experience. Brent has successfully executed Director to C-level searches with clients ranging from Fortune 500 to portfolio start-ups of established Venture Capital and Private Equity-backed companies. Brent has been continually known, acknowledged and rewarded for excellence in search.

Prior to joining QuantRisk Recruiting, Brent worked for DHR International and Cook Associates, Inc. Brent has developed complete go-to-market strategies and managed full search lifecycles for clients such as Discover Financial Services, Aon - Risk Management, Deloitte & Touche, AllianceBernstein, Merrill Lynch and many others. Brent also served as Principal and Industrial Practice Leader during five years with DHR International. Earlier in his career Brent worked for Leo Burnett Worldwide in Chicago.
