QuantRisk Recruiting was founded by Stephanie Baglio, a seasoned recruiter with over twelve years of financial services recruiting and executive search experience. Stephanie most recently directed North American operations for Risk Talent Associates, a risk management executive search firm, where she specialized in search assignments for capital markets and asset management clients looking to fill senior management roles in market risk, risk technology and quantitative finance. Before joining Risk Talent Associates, Stephanie led a team of recruiters at the Travillian Group, an executive search firm focusing on investment banking and risk management. Prior to that, she served as Recruitment Manager for Barra (now MSCI Barra, a Morgan Stanley Company) and as a recruiter for Goldman, Sachs & Co.
